4.) On receipt of your console, we will contact you by telephone or email and advise of our repair quote! Should you NOT wish to go ahead with the repair, you just pay the return carriage!

5.) If you decide to accept our quote, we normally aim to carry out the repair within 1 - 2 days, depending on part availability! On completion of the work you will be advised of how to pay. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal, Cheque/PO.
