Making A Purchase None of the following Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Buy Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, (except Visa Electron) Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not make a charge for use of any of these cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Shipping charges will be displayed on your invoice as a seperate item.
Standard shipping charge applies to UK Mainland destinations only, however some scottish postcodes may incur higher charges. European and UK Destinations away from the mainland i.e Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and others will also incur higher delivery charges. We will notify of higher charges, and await your confirmation of acceptance, prior to any goods being dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE that we provide the provision for an alternative delivery address (i.e work, neighbour) when the order is placed. If, once the goods have been dispatched, an alternative delivery address is requested, an extra carriage charge may be applicable.
AnD Consoles will in some cases and at our discretion, carry out security checks on any alternative delivery addresses, prior to shipping any goods.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Orders that consist of any other product are subject to a courier charge (this will be fully displayed at checkout stage).
 If a signatory is not present, goods will be held at the local sorting office for 3 days, if the goods are not claimed within this time, all goods are returned to us. If goods are to be re-issued, a postage charge will be applicable.

Please note, UK Mainland p&p will be calculated at checkout using the following rates:

£4.99 p&p purchases £25.00 - £34.99

Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2pm will normally be dispatched the same day, subject to availability, All orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day (i.e Monday)
We would advise that our couriers do not make Saturday or Sunday deliveries. .
BANK HOLIDAYS
Any orders received after 12 noon on the working day prior to Bank Holiday Monday, will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you by mail or telephone to offer an alternative or hold the order for you until such time that the product becomes available.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the stated price.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You may not see the padlock icon on your browser, but your safety is assured.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order through AnD Consoles(www.ps2laser.co.uk): Please contact us either by e-mail at and.consoles@btconnect.com or by telephone on 01769 574073 (calls charged at the standard national rate) . We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 5 working days. We endeavour to respond to any complaints within 5 working days of acknowledgement.
Please note that the telephone line is manned from 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm Saturdays. Please use email outside these hours to leave a message.

Returns Policy CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days after the day of delivery. Once an order has been cancelled , a refund for the total of goods will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date.
If an order has been dispatched and then cancelled, the shipping out (as per the original order) and return cost (£12.50+vat) will still be charged.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, a further delivery charge may be applicable for re-routing any goods.
Cancelled or unwanted items are to be returned to us in original and unused condition. Packaging MUST not be open. You can make your own arrangements for a safe return of the goods or, our courier will be authorised to do a 'goods collection' and a deduction will be made from any refund to cover the direct cost of collection.
If you are returning a product please contact us to let us know what is being returned, we will require the following:
Order Number, Full Name and Address and your E-mail address. Please also ensure that a covering letter is forwarded with the returned goods so the matter can be dealt with efficiently.
N.B. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SEALED AND PACKAGED AS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY UNSEALED or OPEN PRODUCT.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damaged goods must be notified within 10 days of receipt and arrangements made concerning return/replacement will be confirmed.

Remittance Terms All goods remain the property of AnD Consoles until paid for in full.
